I’m Melanie Givnish! A 25-year-old hairstylist based in Conshohocken, PA, just 35 minutes outside of Philadelphia.

I help busy women achieve effortless, low-maintenance hair that looks polished without requiring constant upkeep. I specialize in low maintenance color, dimensional blonding, and seamless grow-outs designed to fit into your real, everyday lifestyle not complicate it. Whether you’re looking to brighten your blonde, soften your grow-out, or finally feel confident in your hair again, my goal is to create a look that works for you long after you leave my chair.

As someone in the same phase of life as many of my clients, I understand what it’s like to juggle a full schedule while still wanting to feel put together. I’m a big believer in balance whether that’s staying active, enjoying time with friends, or carving out moments for yourself, and your hair should support that, not slow you down.

I also know how frustrating it can be to leave a salon feeling unheard or not fully like yourself. That’s why I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach with every client. I’ll always take the time to listen, walk you through what I’m doing, and make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and in control every step of the way.

My work is rooted in intention and detail. I don’t rush the process, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all hair. Every appointment is designed to feel calm, personalized, and elevated a space where you can relax, feel taken care of, and trust that your hair will still look just as good weeks (and months) later.

I’ve been passionate about this industry from a young age, inspired by my aunt who first introduced me to the world of hair. Since then, I’ve built my career around continued education and creating a space where clients feel seen, valued, and genuinely excited about their hair again.
